When Will My Song(s) Go Live?
When you upload new material (songs & pictures) to Jango Airplay, we need to process & validate the songs to make them play in the radio stations on Jango.com. While our systems are processing your songs, your dashboard will say that the songs are "pending".
To make it easier for you to figure out when your songs go live we've put together the schedule below. Exact times will vary a bit from week to week so the schedule is a reliable rule of thumb. More importantly - we're launching real-time uploads in the next few months. When we launch that, your songs will go live the same day (and usually even the same hour) as you upload them. Our goal is to launch real-time uploads within a few months.
Schedule for going live:
We're located in New York so times below are stated in Eastern Standard Time. By "Business Days" we mean Mon - Fri.
If you upload music any business day before 11AM = Expect your music to be live same day 6PM.
If you upload music any business day after 11AM = Expect your music to be live the following business day 6PM (Except Fridays).
If you upload music after 11AM on Friday (but before Monday 12PM) = Expect your music to be live Monday at 6PM.
The time frames above also apply to renaming songs and uploading pictures.
Changes to your targeting as well as removing songs goes live within the hour.
